Custom Furniture Policy

Because all furniture pieces from Glowcalmcraft are custom-made to your specifications, returns are generally not accepted once production has begun. We work closely with you throughout the design and approval process to ensure your satisfaction.

Design Approval Process

Before production begins, you will have the opportunity to review and approve:

  • Detailed design drawings and specifications
  • Material samples and finish options
  • Final dimensions and proportions

Once you provide written approval, production will commence. Changes to the design after approval may incur additional charges and extend the production timeline.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before production begins and receive a full refund of any deposits paid, minus any design fees or costs already incurred.

Once production has started, cancellation is not possible. However, we will work with you to address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction with the final product.

Defects and Quality Issues

If you receive a custom furniture piece that has defects in materials or workmanship, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Inspect the piece to assess the issue
  • Repair or replace defective components at no cost to you
  • Work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction

All custom furniture comes with a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms will be provided with your purchase.

Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture carefully. Note any damage, defects, or discrepancies from the approved design immediately. We must be notified of any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Damage that occurs during delivery will be addressed at no cost to you. We will coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation before production begins (minus design fees)
  • Failure to deliver within agreed timeframe (subject to terms)
  • Significant defects that cannot be repaired

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Processing time for approved refunds is typically 7-14 business days.

Modifications After Delivery

If modifications are needed after delivery due to fit or function issues, we will work with you to find a solution. Minor adjustments may be possible, though additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the modifications.
